Overview

Joshua Opperer is a partner in the firm's Corporate department and a member of the firm's Executive Committee and Board of Directors and is the director of the firm’s Israeli subsidiary, Honigman Law Israel, and the firm’s Israel practice. Josh currently chairs the firm’s charitable and political activities and previously chaired its partner hiring and business development functions.

Josh serves as lead mergers and acquisitions counsel to private equity funds located around the United States, acts as primary outside counsel on a wide variety of matters to national and multinational operating companies, and advises high-net-worth individuals and their family business enterprises on succession, including family and charitable planning.
