Honigman Adds Partner in Ann Arbor Office
Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is pleased to announce Caroline A. Gross joins the firm as a partner in the firm’s Ann Arbor office. She focuses her practice on corporate and finance law, serving publicly traded and privately held companies, banks and private equity firms.
Gross joins Honigman from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York, N.Y. She previously held a clerkship with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit in Miami, Fla., and was a legal intern with the U.S. Agency for International Development in Washington, D.C.
Gross also held international fellowship positions, including with the International Association of Women Judges in Washington, D.C., Haiti and Tanzania, and with the United Nations Watch in Geneva, Switzerland.
Gross earned her J.D. from Yale Law School where she served as senior editor for the Yale Human Rights and Development Law Journal. She earned her A.B., summa cum laude, from Harvard University, where she was a U.S. Department of Education Presidential Scholar.
Fluent in French, Spanish and Portuguese, Gross has long been active in the pro bono arena. She received the 2016 Sanctuary for Families Above and Beyond Pro Bono Award for handling asylum, special immigrant juvenile status, and trafficking matters.
