Honigman’s Barbara A. Kaye selected as one of Michigan Lawyer Weekly’s “Women in the Law”

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is pleased to announce that Barbara A. Kaye, a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department, has been named one of 30 “Women in the Law” for 2015 by Michigan Lawyers Weekly. An editorial panel selected the honorees based on their commitment to excellence in the practice of law, accomplishments as a leader in the profession, service as a mentor to other women, and involvement in the community, including pro bono activities. Kaye will be honored at a luncheon on September 10 at the Detroit Marriott in Troy and featured in a special section of Michigan Lawyers Weekly to bepublished on September 14. 

Kaye, located in the firm’s Ann Arbor office, is an accomplished corporate attorney with significant experience representing public and private sector clients in a broad array of transactions from mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, to the full range of financing transactions, including syndicated financings, private debt placement, 144A offerings and debt restructuring. She is especially well versed in financing transactions at the senior and mezzanine levels.
