Honigman’s Jessica M. Herron named to Junior Achievement board

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is pleased to announce that Jessica M. Herron, an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department, has become a member of the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan. The mission of J.A. is to teach personal financial responsibility, workforce readiness and entrepreneurial thinking to young people through its dedicated volunteer teachers.

Herron focuses her practice on private equity, securities and corporate governance matters. She assists clients with mergers, acquisitions, financings, transactional matters, private and public securities offerings, and compliance and disclosure under SEC rules and listing standards.

She earned a J.D., cum laude, from Michigan State University School of Law, an M.A. in public relations from Michigan State University and a B.A. from MSU’s James Madison College.
