Jordan Schwartz rejoins Honigman’s Corporate Department in Grand Rapids

Honigman LLP is pleased to announce Jordan Schwartz has rejoined its Corporate Department as a Partner in the firm’s Grand Rapids, MI office. Schwartz will focus his practice on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions.

Schwartz earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. from Central Michigan University.
