Honigman Elects Eleven Attorneys to Partner

Honigman LLP is pleased to announce that the firm’s board of directors has elected the following eleven attorneys as partners, effective January 1, 2023.

Laura E. Biery (Detroit) is a member of the Litigation department. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. Biery earned her J.D., cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School.

Jordan L. Bunn (Grand Rapids) is a member of the Corporate department. He focuses his practice on transactional, governance and general corporate matters. Bunn earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School.

Shannon C. Duggan (Detroit) is a member of the Litigation department. She focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense and investigations, complex contract disputes, data security and privacy litigation, class action defense, and copyright and trademark litigation. Duggan earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Angela I. Gamalski (Ann Arbor) is a member of the Corporate department. She focuses her practice on trade and international regulatory and transactional matters. Gamalski earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law.
