Michigan’s largest law firm, Honigman LLP, with more than 600 professionals who serve clients both nationally and globally, is celebrating the 75th anniversary of its formation. With over 350 attorneys practicing in over 60 different areas of law, Honigman now has offices in Ann Arbor, Bloomfield Hills, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Chicago, Washington D.C. and Israel.

Jason Honigman and Milton J. Miller established the firm in 1948 in Detroit’s First National Building, which continues to be the firm’s headquarters. Joined by Alan E. Schwartz in 1952 and Irwin and Avern Cohn who merged their firm with Honigman Miller and Schwartz in 1961, the firm has thrived by following the core values established by its founders.  Honigman prides itself on its outstanding lawyers and staff who are devoted to legal excellence, innovation and outstanding, value-driven client service.  The firm also has a deep history of community and political leadership and involvement.
