Humphries' appointment to partner expands the firm's insurance offerings

Honigman LLP announced today that Rob Humphries has officially joined the firm’s Insurance Practice Group as partner. With over 15 years of experience, Humphries, who is dual qualified as a Cayman Islands and US attorney, brings a wealth of corporate and transactional insurance experience to the firm.

Humphries also has a wealth of experience in general corporate and commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general commercial transactions within the insurance, investment funds and broader financial services industry where he is able to draw on his considerable onshore and offshore experience.
