Honigman Advises on Deal Awarded 2023 Take Private Transaction of the Year by Marine Money Magazine

Honigman was recognized for its role as advisor on the 2023 "Take Private Transaction" award by Marine Money Magazine. Honigman guided Poseidon Acquisition Corp., an entity formed by Atlas Chairman David L. Sokol, in acquiring all outstanding common shares of Atlas Corp. (NYSE: ATCO) not already owned by Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited, the Washington Family, and Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. The all-cash transaction had an enterprise value of around $10.9 billion.
