Eric M. Jones joins Honigman’s Corporate Department

Eric M. Jones has joined Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP as an attorney in the firm’s Corporate Department.  He will be located in Honigman’s Detroit office.

Jones represents private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies, as well as public companies, in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financing and general corporate matters. 

He earned a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, an M.A. in economics from Central Michigan University and a B.A., magna cum laude, in economics from Alma College.  Jones is admitted to practice in Illinois and his admission to the State Bar of Michigan is pending.

Jones joins Honigman from Paul Hastings LLP in Chicago, Illinois.
