Robert M. Riley joins Honigman’s Litigation Department
Attorney Robert M. Riley has joined Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP’s Litigation Department. He is located in the firm’s Detroit office.
Riley will focus his practice on commercial litigation in connection with bankruptcy and insolvency and will support the firm’s work with troubled supplier and supply chain management workouts.
He earned a J.D., cum laude, from Wayne State University and a B.A. in political science and French from the University of Michigan. He is admitted to practice in Michigan, Illinois and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Riley joins Honigman from the Michigan Supreme Court where he most recently served as a law clerk and transition director for Justice Bridget Mary McCormack and previously served as a senior law clerk for Justice Marilyn Kelly for four years.
