Honigman’s Steven J. Migliore named to 2015 Oakland County Executive’s Elite 40 under 40 class

Steven J. Migliore, a partner in the Corporate Department of Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, has been selected as a member of the 2015 Oakland County Executive’s Elite 40 under 40 class. The class was chosen by a panel of independent judges who reviewed the nearly 500 nominations and applications. The program, which began in 2012, honors young professionals and thought leaders who excel in their field, have demonstrated dynamic leadership and have made significant contributions to the quality of life in the region.

Migliore resides in Oakland County and serves as a legal advisor to several major companies located there. As an active member of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit and president-elect of its NEXTGen Detroit organization, Migliore is at the forefront of attracting, engaging and retaining the next generation of young Jewish people in this region.

Migliore focuses his practice on representing private equity and venture capital funds and their portfolio companies in mergers, acquisitions, financings, investments and restructurings. He also advises companies on corporate governance and general corporate matters.

He earned a J.D., cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School and an MBA from Wayne State University. He received a B.A., with high honor, from Michigan State University.
