Honigman welcomes Nicholas B. Gorga to its Detroit office

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP (Honigman) announced today that Nicholas B. Gorga has joined the firm’s Detroit office as a partner in the Litigation Department. Gorga joins Honigman from the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins LLP.

Gorga received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, graduating cum laude, in 2002. He received his A.B. in English from Princeton University, graduating with honors, in 1999.

Gorga brings to Honigman experience in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters, including: securities litigation; counseling corporations, their directors and officers, banks and private equity firms in class action shareholder suits; derivative litigation; mergers and acquisition litigation; corporate internal investigations; and government investigations.

Gorga also has devoted substantial time to representing pro bono clients, primarily children with disabilities.
