PricewaterhouseCoopers and Honigman co-present General Counsel Forum
Detroit-based business law firm, Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP, and the Detroit office of PricewaterhouseCoopers will be co-presenting a General Counsel Forum on Wednesday, which will focus on recent trends in duties of officers and directors, and on current issues regarding shareholders and partnership disputes.
"We are looking forward to this collaborative event," said Norm Ankers, a key presenter and Chair of Honigman's litigation department. "Our goal for this forum is twofold: to provide our clients and friends with a fresh and practical look at their leadership responsibilities; and, to help them avoid the expensive burden of shareholder and limited partner disputes."
The Forum, which will be held at the Detroit Athletic Club, will be presented by three Honigman attorneys: Norman Ankers, Joseph Aviv and Cyril Moscow. Ankers and Aviv, who are both senior partners in the firm's litigation department, and Moscow, a senior partner in the firm's corporate and securities department, collectively possess over 100 years of relevant experience.
Joseph Papelian, Deputy General Counsel - Litigation for Delphi, and PricewaterhouseCoopers partner Albert Vondra will be moderating the Forum, and the two will also share their insights and ideas on each topic.
