Honigman Adds Partner in Chicago

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP welcomes S. Tony Ling as a partner in the Employee Benefits practice group in the firm’s Chicago office.

Ling’s practice focuses on a broad range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, particularly in the context of merger and acquisition transactions.

Ling joins Honigman's Chicago office from Jenner & Block, where he focused on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. He has also been a Chicago Legal Clinic board member since 2014.

He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and holds a B.A. in chemistry from Northwestern University.
