Honigman Welcomes Back Partner Davis

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is pleased to announce the return of Laura J. Davis, a partner in the firm’s Private Equity practice. Davis, who practiced at Honigman from 2013 through 2016, rejoins the firm after serving as assistant general counsel with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.

Davis focuses her practice on private equity transactions and is experienced in leading acquisition, divestiture, and other corporate transactions.

Davis earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was a Bates Fellow and executive articles editor for the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. She received her B.A., with highest distinction, also from the University of Michigan, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
