Honigman Welcomes Real Estate Partner in Chicago Office

Honigman LLP is pleased to announce that Sarah Shaw has joined the firm as partner in the Chicago office. She joins the firm’s Real Estate department.

Adam Rothstein, co-chair, Real Estate department. “Her experience positions us well to expand our Real Estate practice in Chicago, and we are so pleased she chose to move her practice to Honigman.”

Shaw focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions and represents REITs, private equity firms, lenders and corporations in a variety of asset classes, including shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family properties and manufacturing facilities. 

Shaw joins the firm from Vedder Price P.C., where she was co-chair of its Real Estate practice group. She earned her J.D. from Tulane University Law School and her B.A. from George Washington University. Shaw was selected by her peers as a Leading Lawyer in the area of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Finance for 2018 and 2019.
