Real Estate Partner Joins Chicago Office

Honigman LLP is pleased to announce that Penelope Campbell has joined the firm as partner in the Chicago office. She joins the firm’s Real Estate department.

Campbell advises lenders, borrowers, corporations, universities, real estate developers and investors in a wide variety of complex commercial real estate transactions, including real property acquisitions and dispositions, commercial, industrial, office, and retail leases, real estate financings and real estate aspects of corporate stock and asset sales.

Prior to joining Honigman, Campbell worked for 10 years at Jenner & Block LLP, most recently as a partner.  She also served as a press secretary for Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White. Campbell now serves as Secretary of the Board of The Jesse White Foundation, and she advises the foundation on a pro bono basis. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her B.S., cum laude, from Northwestern University.
