Real Estate Practice Expands in Chicago with Addition of New Partner

Honigman LLP is pleased to announce that Kristen Boike has joined the firm’s Real Estate department as a partner in the Chicago office.  Since the beginning of 2019, She is the fourth real estate attorney to join Honigman’s growing presence in Chicago.

Boike focuses her practice on advising clients on a wide array of transactional real estate matters, including commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, mixed-use developments, sale leaseback transactions, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Boike joins Honigman from Jenner & Block LLP, where she was a partner. She earned her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School and her A.B., magna cum laude, from Harvard College.
