- Assisted Michigan-based private equity client with a $250 million secured revolving credit facility and term loan for a building material distributor
- Assisted a high-speed data, video, and telephony company with a $1.1 billion A/B exchange offer of senior notes and senior subordinated notes
- Advised a Michigan-based private equity client in the purchase of an engagement services company
