Amit Roitman is a commercial litigation attorney who represents corporate and institutional policyholders in complex litigation and insurance coverage disputes. She has extensive experience advising clients throughout the litigation process, from evaluating legal options and conducting discovery to negotiating resolutions and preparing for trial.

She has litigated and negotiated insurance coverage under a wide range of policies, including commercial general liability, directors and officers liability, professional liability/errors and omissions, employment practices liability, and first-party property.
