Overview
Caitlin’s practice focuses on matters related to commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing for industrial and office and multifamily real estate. She represents real estate owners and developers in the acquisition, sales, development, financing and disposition of industrial and office, multifamily, and other commercial real estate throughout the country. Caitlin also coordinates portfolio transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan, acquisition and disposition documents.
Her practice includes assisting clients with the acquisition of single tenant buildings throughout the country, including negotiating purchase agreements, easement agreements and lease agreements and conducting due diligence review of surveys, title commitments, zoning and other property- related documents. She also negotiates lease agreements for commercial clients throughout the country and drafts condominium documents for commercial, residential and mixed-use condominium projects in Michigan.
