Overview
Christine Phillips is an attorney in the Real Estate Department and focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including commercial lending and finance transactions, and the acquisition, sale, development, construction and leasing of real estate developments.
Christine represents and counsel lenders in the structuring, negotiating and documenting of a variety of loan transactions, including real estate, healthcare, construction and middle market financing and direct bond purchases.
Her clients also include real estate owners and developers of market rate and affordable multifamily housing projects in connection with financing through programs provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Federal National Mortgage Association, Freddie Mac, State Housing Development Authorities, and other governmental, quasi-governmental and private institutions.
