Overview
Chris Mull has extensive experience in commercial real estate law with a portfolio of advising large and mid-market clients on navigating investments across a diverse range of real estate asset classes and structures. These include multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use, industrial, warehouse, affordable housing, renewable energy, hospitality, and portfolio deals.
Chris represents significant equity investors in the negotiation of their joint venture relationships with real estate developers. His practice also includes routinely drafting and negotiating commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements for the acquisition or sale of real estate interests. Additionally, he represents both borrowers and lenders in the drafting and negotiation of financing documents in connection with mortgage and mezzanine loan transactions, including note-on-note financings and loan sales.
