David E. McCoy Jr.

David McCoy is a partner in Honigman's Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity Practice Group. He has extensive experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, family offices and privately held businesses in connection with acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, recapitalizations, growth equity investments and other complex business transactions. David has advised on over 100 transactions ranging from $1 million in deal value to over $1 billion in deal value and covering a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, professional services, healthcare, franchising, software and consumer products. David’s practice also includes advising privately held business and private equity portfolio companies with respect to day-to-day general corporate matters.
