Overview
Elias is real estate attorney who focuses his practice on the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of real estate assets. He represents developers and operators in the retail, office, multi-family, manufactured housing and industrial and hospitality sectors. Elias has extensive experienced in the negotiation and structuring of complex commercial real estate financing transactions, including CMBS loans with multiple layers of debt, mezzanine financing and bridge lending. Elias also counsels clients in connection with the acquisition and disposition of triple net lease properties, retail shopping centers, office properties, boutique and flagged hotels, manufactured housing communities, industrial properties and apartment complexes.
