Overview
Jake Stropes is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and general corporate counseling and representation. Jake has experience representing private equity funds, independent sponsors, and closely held businesses with their acquisitions, divestitures and borrowings, along with representing issuers and borrowers with asset-based financings and securitizations.
In addition to his client work, Jake serves on the firm’s Summer Associate Committee.
