Overview
Jewel Haji Boelstler is an attorney in the litigation department who concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, white collar defense, and internal investigations. She has experience conducting investigations and litigating contract disputes, cases involving fraud, shareholder matters, and issues arising out of private equity transactions. Jewel has practiced in state and federal courts in Michigan and throughout the country, including in Delaware, New York, Texas, Illinois, Florida, Georgia, and Colorado.
Jewel represents businesses in a broad range of industries, including strategic and financial advisory firms, real estate and construction companies, automotive suppliers, and security services. Her practice also includes drafting significant motions, interviewing witnesses, and managing complex electronic discovery. In addition to her client work, Jewel has served on the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Workgroup, Women’s Initiative Resource Group, Attorney Development Committee, and Summer Associate Committee.
