Overview
Julie (Glazer) Scher is an experienced litigation attorney who focuses her practice on complex civil disputes. She represents clients in high-stakes commercial litigation and internal investigations across industries such as real estate, life sciences, retail and healthcare.
Julie has extensive experience in all types of real estate disputes, and frequently advocates for commercial landlords and court appointed receivers in eviction and breach of lease disputes, bankruptcies and asset dispositions. Her deep understanding of the real estate sector allows her to navigate intricate legal and business challenges effectively.
Prior to joining the firm, Julie practiced at multiple Am Law 100 firms, where she handled class action litigation involving unfair competition and false advertising, defended major retailers in Proposition 65 matters, and managed an internal investigation into Stark and Anti-Kickback violations for a major health system that culminated in a self-disclosure to HHS, among many other matters.
