Overview
Latifa Dabaja is an associate in our Intellectual Property Department. She focuses on a wide range of matters including patent, trademark, copyright, and complex commercial disputes. She is experienced in the litigation of technologies and products in the pharmaceutical, automotive, mechanical, software, and consumer goods industries. Latifa is also experienced in the litigation of contract disputes and shareholder oppression matters.
Latifa has significant experience in drafting dispositive and discovery motions, as well as claim construction briefing. Her practice also includes interviewing witnesses, managing complex electronic discovery, and supporting trial teams. In addition to her client work, Latifa has served on the firm’s Summer Associate Committee.
