Maryam Karnib Parshall

Maryam Karnib Parshall is a real estate attorney with experience representing clients in all aspects of real estate acquisitions, sales, development, leasing and financing. With a focus on providing comprehensive legal support, Maryam has played a pivotal role in numerous acquisitions and financings nationwide, ranging in value from $50 million to $150 million.

Maryam has extensive experience representing a variety of real estate owners and developers, guiding them through the acquisition, sale, development, and financing processes for retail, multifamily, manufactured housing and other commercial real estate projects across the country. Her representation also includes portfolio acquisitions, multi-property financing, sale lease-back transactions, construction financing, acquisition and sale of NNN lease properties, acquisition and financing of manufactured housing communities and retail leasing.

As a current member of the firm’s workgroup on diversity and inclusion, Maryam works on various diversity initiatives.
