Overview
Cheli Bleda Drew focuses her practice on commercial lending, corporate finance and private equity and mezzanine finance. She regularly represents both lenders and borrowers in connection with the negotiation, documentation and administration of secured and unsecured single-lender and syndicated revolving and term loan credit facilities, including in connection with asset based loans and acquisition financings.
Cheli also represents issuers, borrowers, investors, platforms, and sponsors in connection with asset based financings, securitizations, master repurchase and warehouse facilities, marketplace (P2P) lending and merchant capital advance programs.

Prior to joining Honigman, Michelle was a senior associate in the Washington, D.C. office of an AmLaw 100 international law firm.
