Overview
Morgan Westwood is the firm’s Conflicts Attorney, and she plays a key role in supporting the firm’s Ethics Committee. Working closely with the Director of Legal Ethics and Conflicts and the Senior Conflicts Attorney, Morgan performs a conflict of interest review and analysis regarding each prospective lateral attorney and business professional and reviews proposed new matters to determine whether they involve potential conflicts of interest or raise other ethics issues.
