Moriam Aigoro is an experienced corporate attorney who focuses her practice on commercial transactions, technology, and intellectual property matters. She advises client on procurement and supply chain contracts, including terms and conditions, confidentiality agreements, professional services agreements, and technology and software licenses. Moriam also has experience representing emerging companies, Fortune 500 corporations, and startups in a range of intellectual property and corporate commercial transactions, such as licensing, SaaS agreements, and IP enforcement. Prior to joining Honigman, Moriam was an in house attorney at a Detroit-based natural gas company.
