N. Danny Shulman

Danny is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice on representing companies and investors in a broad range of corporate and securities law matters, with an emphasis on early-stage venture financings within the life sciences and biotechnology industry.

With clients ranging from pre-seed startups to well-established public companies, Danny works closely with management teams to navigate the wide range of strategic, corporate and securities law matters that arise throughout the corporate growth cycle.

Prior to joining the firm, Danny spent close to a decade at an AmLaw 10 firm, where he managed cross-functional teams in more than 100 complex capital markets transactions, advising companies and investment banks in IPOs, secondary offerings, CMPOs, RDOs, ATMs, PIPEs and debt issuances.
