Overview
Oron Eli is a corporate attorney and a member of the firm’s Private Equity Practice Group. He advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies, family offices and public and private companies on a broad range of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations and growth equity investments. In addition to transactional work, Oron provides wide ranging legal advice to private equity portfolio companies and other businesses on day-to-day general corporate matters.
Oron has experience advising clients across diverse industries, including technology, manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, telecommunications, asset management and financial services.
