Radhika Katial serves as the firm's Director of Practice Operations, bringing extensive experience in legal practice management and operations. She has a proven track record of fostering efficient practice development, strategic planning, and business operations to enhance client service and practice group effectiveness.

Before joining Honigman, Radhika was the Practice Development Manager at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where she led operations for the Real Estate and Corporate groups, as well as specialized sub-groups, focusing on business plan development, budget oversight, and performance analytics for practice groups. She previously held the role of Senior Practice Operations Coordinator at Baker McKenzie and began her career at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, gaining foundational experience in corporate business development, transaction tracking, and client engagement. Her tenure at three Am Law 100 firms has equipped her with deep expertise in strategic initiatives, including partner compensation metrics analysis, as well as the implementation of knowledge management and professional development programs.

Radhika’s expertise in optimizing practice operations is complemented by her experience in training and supervising legal support staff, creating streamlined onboarding processes, and overseeing logistics for firm-wide and practice-specific meetings.
