- Assists in representing companies through legal, technical, and transactional challenges arising in connection with technology transactions in a range of industries, including automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services
- Assists with documenting a wide variety of technical and commercial transactions, including outsourcing, in-sourcing, and technology-related mergers and acquisitions
- Assists in software licensing, software development, systems integrations, software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, technology licensing agreements, hosting and data center agreements, and network management agreements
- Prepares transfer and assignment documentation for information technology assets for technology-related M&A transactions
- Assists with researching U.S. and international privacy law and cybersecurity issues
- Conducts due diligence reviews
- Prepares legal documents for clients and provides legal support on a variety of tasks focused on information technology
- Conducts research on a variety of information technology-related issues
