Overview
Sarah Bishara counsels clients on their full range of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial dispositions and acquisitions, financings and leasing matters. She represents multifamily, retail, and office developers and operators and also has significant experience advising clients on the real estate aspects of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across a broad array of industries, including healthcare, consumer products, professional and financial services and manufacturing. As a collaborative and pragmatic problem solver, Sarah works closely with clients to understand their key business needs.
