  • Acquisition and financing of a $16 million Shopping Center in Illinois. 
  • Represented a bridge lender in connection with the origination of mortgage loan financing secured by various assets throughout the United States.
  • Represented a client in the acquisition of a 65,000 acre ranch in Texas.
  • Represented a national bank in the origination of more than $1 billion in mortgage warehouse loans.
