• Honigman represented a private REIT in the acquisition and financing of over 30 select service hotels across 12 states.
• Honigman represented a NY-based investment firm in a joint venture for the acquisition and financing of Marriott and Hilton franchised hotels.
• Honigman represented a national hotel operator in the negotiation of hotel management agreements for a 15-property portfolio for a total of over 1,900 guest rooms.
• Honigman represented a public REIT in the negotiation of hotel management agreements with third party operators for its portfolio of 46 hotels. 
• Honigman represented a public REIT in the sale of an iconic San Francisco hotel for +/- $157 million.
• Honigman represented a public REIT in the acquisition of a Florida resort for +/- $270 million. The acquisition included the purchase of the equity interests in the Seller and assumption of existing debt.
• Honigman represented a private REIT in the acquisition of Florida resort for +/- $32 million out of receivership.
• Honigman represented a private REIT in the sale of a Vermont resort, including seller financing.
• Honigman represented a public REIT in a $750+ million-dollar credit facility.
