Honigman represents Pebblebrook in second hotel acquisition within the past month

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP recently represented Pebblebrook Hotel Trust in its acquisition of The Tuscan Fisherman’s Wharf, a Best Western Plus Hotel in San Francisco, California. The $122 million purchase includes a 221-room hotel, a 69-space subterranean parking lot and an 84-seat restaurant. This is Pebblebrook’s seventh hotel investment in the San Francisco market and the third in the Fisherman’s Wharf area.

In late May, Honigman led the purchase by Pebblebrook of the $185.5 million LaPlaya Beach Resort & Beach Club, which is a 189-room, luxury, full-service resort on 6 acres of beachfront property located in Naples, Florida and surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and the Vanderbilt Bay. This year Honigman also assisted Pebblebrook in the execution of a seven-year, $100 million term loan and a five-year, $125 million term loan for renovations, acquisitions and debt payments.
