Honigman Advises Huron Capital’s Rampart Exterior Services on its First Acquisition with Independent Roofing Systems

Honigman advised Huron Capital’s, Rampart Exterior Services (“Rampart”), on its first acquisition with Independent Roofing Systems (“Independent”). Based in Pearl, Mississippi since 1980, Independent provides roofing services across various roofing types. Rampart was launched by Huron Capital in 2024 as an ExecFactor initiative focused on re-roofing, roofing repair, waterproofing, maintenance, and other exterior restoration services. This acquisition serves as a strong foundation for the Rampart platform.
