Honigman advised Icon Direct, Inc. (“Recpro.com”) on its acquisition by Patrick Industries, Inc. (“Patrick”). Based in Elkhart, Indiana since 1959, Patrick is a leading component solutions provider for the Outdoor Enthusiast and Housing markets. Icon Direct, Inc., which operates as RecPro.com, is a leading e-commerce business and aftermarket platform based in Bristol, Indiana. For the past 12 years, RecPro.com has specialized in creating and marketing component products, systems, and solutions for the RV and marine end markets. This acquisition is anticipated to immediately grow net income per share.
