Andrew Khouri is an attorney in the Corporate Department who focuses his practice on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, strategic sale transactions, venture capital and general corporate matters. Andrew has advised and closed on over 50 acquisition/sale transactions in a variety of industries, with transaction sizes ranging from a few hundred thousand dollars to over $1 billion. In addition, Andrew advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to general day-to-day corporate matters.
