Overview
Katelyn Young is a litigation attorney who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation matters. She has experience litigating disputes in various state and federal courts in Michigan, including probate and appellate courts. Katelyn assists in representing clients in various stages of litigation and has significant experience in legal research, handling discovery matters, drafting pleadings and motions, and participating in mediation and facilitation.
Katelyn’s experience includes representing an automotive client in a RICO and breach of fiduciary duty case related to a criminal bribery scheme involving a major competitor, advising clients on criminal-related matters and helping clients understand and navigate the criminal process in Michigan, and representing individuals and companies in trust and other probate disputes, contract disputes, business torts, and other high stakes litigation.
