Honigman Elects 10 Attorneys to Partner

Annie L. Dreisbach (Grand Rapids) is a member of the Corporate Department. She focuses her practice on commercial transactions, bankruptcy and restructuring, and distressed business matters. Dreisbach earned her J.D., cum laude, from University of Notre Dame Law School.
Sheridan DuPont (Grand Rapids) is a member of the Corporate Department. She focuses her practice on providing advice to businesses and investors on the U.S. federal income tax impacts of complex transactions. DuPont earned her LL.M. from New York University School of Law, and her J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School.
Morgan L. Esters (Detroit) is a member of the Litigation Department who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. Esters earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law.
Tucker R. Hunter (Detroit) is a member of the Litigation Department who concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation matters. Hunter earned his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
Tyler J. Kemper (Bloomfield Hills) is a member of the Corporate Department. He focuses his practice on estate planning and estate and trust administration. Kemper earned his LL.M. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
Andrew J. Newton (Grand Rapids) is a member of the Corporate Department. He focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic corporate initiatives, as well as general business formation matters and corporate counseling. Newton earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law.
Timothy G. Parilla (Chicago) is a member of the Litigation Department who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, post-closing disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and product liability litigation. Parilla earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
Rachel J. Rhodes (Israel) is a member of the Corporate Department. She focuses her practice on venture capital, securities law transactions and general corporate matters. Rhodes earned her LL.M. from Columbia School of Law.
Ahmad H. Sabbagh (Detroit) is a member of the Corporate Department who focuses his practice on commercial and technology transactions. Sabbagh earned his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School.
