Overview
Kevin Blair is a litigation attorney with experience representing a wide variety of clients in both federal and state courts (trial and appellate), as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. His broad range of litigation experience includes contract disputes, business torts, injunction proceedings, class action defense, election law, and high-stakes complex commercial litigation and appeals.
- Represents public and private companies, as well as individuals and partnerships, in several industries, including automotive, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, insurance, financial services, real estate, and securities
- Experience in employee benefits litigation in both ERISA and non-ERISA cases
- Represents diverse clientele, including beer and wine importers, distributors, casinos, bars, restaurants, hotels, and theaters in matters pertaining to state regulation of liquor licensing, such as buying, transferring, or selling liquor licenses within Michigan
- Possesses substantial experience in various aspects of litigation—from pre-filing investigations through post-trial motions and appeals—including discovery and e-discovery, depositions, and significant motions practice
- Provides strategic solutions for clients with needs in the legislative, regulatory, compliance, and administrative arenas
