- Member of the trial team that successfully defended a concert promoter in a six-month, multi-billion dollar wrongful death lawsuit brought by the family of pop superstar Michael Jackson
- Represented a show creator and writer in a breach of contract and copyright dispute
- Represented writers, actors, musicians, and athletes in range of contract, defamation, and intellectual property disputes
- Advised a major sports organization regarding trademark and other intellectual property issues
- Represented a movie studio in a breach of contract dispute with a novelist regarding script approval rights for a major motion picture
