Overview
Matt Moussiaux is a partner in the firm's Corporate Department representing private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, and independent sponsors in their governance, acquisition, financing, investment, and disposition activities.
- Serves as mergers and acquisitions counsel of public and private companies around the country in transactions ranging from several million to several billion dollars
- Provides wide ranging legal advice to national and multinational operating companies, including private equity portfolio companies
- Advises high-net-worth individuals and their family offices and business enterprises
- Provides guidance in private placement, growth equity, venture capital, and debt offerings
- Represents clients in complex joint ventures around the country in national and international transactions
